Bishop Cider

Bishop Cider Co.

Out of necessity, founders Joel and Laura Malone started making cider at home. The available cider in Texas was awful, it was overly sweet and full of artificial candy flavors. At Bishop Cider, ingredients are key. With no cane sugar, fructose syrup, brown sugar, or event honey. The only form of “sugar” is juice, which is sourced domestically from the Pacific Northwest. Manhattan Project

As with most craft beer businesses, the Manhattan Project Beer Company began as a passionate hobby. Although their love for craft beer precedes the formation of the Manhattan Project, the group first came together in 2010 with a goal to design a group of beer to meet certain specifications for a very important event…..the founders wedding! The Manhattan Project offers several unique beers, including the Atomic Challenge (a Pina Colada IPA), Black Matter (Coffee Stout) and several others.
